This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes the rules and guidelines governing your use of the Unplanned mobile application (published in app stores as "Unplanned: Vibes"), our website at unplanned.slothmania.com, and related coordination services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SlothMania, LLC ("SlothMania," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Respect others and maintain good faith
Unplanned is designed for spontaneous social coordination and hangout planning among friends. To maintain a safe and respectful community, you agree to treat all users with respect:
- No Harassment or Bullying: Do not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, bully, demean, or discriminate against other users based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Privacy and Doxxing: Do not publish, share, or expose another person's private personal information (such as private addresses, phone numbers, financial details, or personal photos) without their explicit consent.
- Good-Faith Participation: Participate in vibes, plans, RSVPs, and voting in good faith. Do not deliberately disrupt, hijack, or derail hangout coordination.
- Voting and Plan Integrity: Do not manipulate votes or voting outcomes through automated bots, fake accounts, duplicate profiles, or coordinated brigading intended to sabotage a plan or harass participants.
2. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to engage in, attempt to engage in, or encourage any of the following prohibited activities:
- Unlawful or Harmful Content: Posting, transmitting, or sharing content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, sexually explicit, promotes violence, or depicts self-harm or illegal drug use.
- Impersonation and Fraud: Creating fake accounts, impersonating another person, brand, or organization, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliations.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, other users' accounts, or our backend server infrastructure without authorization.
- Interference and Scraping: Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to compromise the integrity or security of the Service, including through automated scraping, crawlers, data harvesting, denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineering, decompiling, or probing for vulnerabilities.
- Spam and Solicitation: Sending unsolicited commercial messages, promotional solicitations, chain invites, spam friend requests, or spam plan invites.
- Referral and Invite Abuse: Manipulating referral programs, invite codes, or invite redemption tokens through automated scripts or fraudulent schemes.
- Abuse of Contact Discovery: Misusing contact discovery or search features to collect telephone numbers or email addresses, or to harass individuals who have not agreed to connect with you.
- Circumventing Controls: Bypassing, disabling, or tampering with platform integrity signals (such as Apple App Attest or Google Play Integrity), rate limits, authentication controls, or safety filters.
3. Age-restricted content and alcohol compliance
The Service is rated 12+ and is not intended for children under 13.
- Age-Gated Recommendations: Certain vibe selections and venue recommendations — including bars, breweries, nightlife, cocktail lounges, and adult-only vibes — are strictly restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older based on their profile birthdate.
- No Age Misrepresentation: You must not misrepresent your age to bypass age verification or access age-gated recommendations.
- Legal Compliance: Do not use the Service to organize, facilitate, or promote underage drinking, illegal drug consumption, "teen" takeovers or any mass aggregation of people, or any activity that violates federal, state, or local alcohol and licensing laws.
4. Safety and personal responsibility
Unplanned provides venue suggestions and social coordination tools for personal friend groups. We do not operate, inspect, or endorse third-party venues or public meeting places.
- Personal Judgment: You are solely responsible for your own safety, travel arrangements, and conduct when meeting others or visiting venues suggested by the Service.
- Emergency Situations: Unplanned is not an emergency response service. If you encounter an immediate safety risk or emergency, contact local emergency services (such as 911) immediately.
5. Investigation and enforcement
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor, review, and investigate violations of this Policy. In our sole discretion, we may take any of the following enforcement actions:
- Issue warnings or content removal notices.
- Remove, edit, or block user content or plan details that violate this Policy.
- Restrict, limit, or disable specific features (such as voting, friend discovery, or plan creation).
- Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate user accounts.
- Cooperate with law enforcement authorities and comply with valid legal processes when required by law or necessary to protect user safety and public welfare.

If you encounter content, behavior, or plans that violate this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately:
